INFRARED SAUNA

The Klafs infrared home sauna uses gentle infrared C radiation. The sweat induced gives you a whole range of health benefits, including detoxification, better circulation and stimulation of the body's metabolic system.

Infrared heat is also good for athletes. The gentle warming of the muscles will help them relax after training, preventing injury.

Infrared sauna is also a great option for people who think that traditional sauna is too hot. In this gentle sauna, they can take advantage of all the health benefits and relaxation in a sauna does.

Rather than using one or two red lights in a wooden-box, we have taken great care in the design of our infrared sauna - ensuring that the heat is radiated evenly throughout the timber.

For those who also enjoy the traditional INFRARED SAUNA sauna is an option available on many of KLAFS models - giving you maximum use of your sauna.

HEATER
The INFRARED sauna is supplied without the traditional sauna heater as the heat comes through special wall panels. A heater will be supplied if the INFRARED option is added to another Klafs Sauna model.
